Zo’s panna cotta

  • 250ml 40% cream
  • 250ml milk
  • sugar (1 Tbsp, 2 Tbsp… depends how sweet you want to have it 😉 )
  • 2 tbsp of agar flakes
  • half vanilla stick

Combine milk and cream and add vanilla seeds. Sprinkle agar flakes over liquid. Heat without stirring until boiling. Simmer, stirring occasionally until agar dissolve. Pour into small moulds and cool to set.
